  Bad service after the sale! They dont return your calls or emails. Very mean and rude. Vic Molina is the worst talks down to you. The president Mike Van Pamel is the same way. Wont fix your problems and treat you like dirt. There is only two nice and honest indivuduals that work for lombardo and that is Stephanie our sales rep and Katie in the office. I highly advise you to stay away from this builder unless you have an attorney ready to go to take them to court over problems. Also throws a red flag that they use the same “canned” response every time someone posts a negative review of your company.
